Reg Matters is a proprietary on-line technology tool that provides cost-effective registration and data measurement services for meetings, events and exhibitions.

We offer three options:

1. A generic packaged system that provides pre-event communication, full registration and reporting functionality. To provide fantastic value, this system allows for amendments to text, branding, graphics, colours and fonts. All functionality is set as standard fields allowing a proven registration solution to be provided at incredible value. Suitable for delegate groups of between 20 and 500 pax.

Costs start from as little as £1,500

2. Our most popular service allows for an upgrade to the generic system. Built on exactly the same platform this upgrade allows inclusion of up to six event-specific questions.
These questions could relate to choices of breakout sessions, restaurant or menu options, in fact anything required that uses drop down, tick boxes or yes/no answers. Whatever pre-event information you want to understand from your delegates can be included. Suitable for delegate groups of between 100 and 1,000 pax.

3. A bespoke service where all fields and site logic is individaully specified. We design your registration system to manage and link pre-event communication. Features include but are not limited to:
